Refund & Cancellation Policy – Moo Moo Milk

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled up to 6 hours before the delivery slot via the app.
  • After that, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Product is spoiled, damaged, or missing
  • Delivery failed and payment was made

3. Refund Process

  • Contact support with order details and reason for refund
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method

4. No Refund For:

  • Customer not available during delivery time
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
